The Honourable Justice Marshall Rothstein of the Supreme Court of Canada will be presenting a lecture on the recent copyright pentalogy cases at the Supreme Court entitled “Reflections on the Supreme Court of Canada 2012 Copyright Decisions” on November 27. The Honourable Mr. Justice Roger T. Hughes of the Federal Court of Canada will be presenting a lecture regarding advocacy skills entitled “Advocacy Skills and IP: Observations from the Bench” on November 29.
